DRFG Rip-off! They took my money and did nothing for it

I was in bankruptcy and in danger of loosing my home. DFRG made it sound like we had to send them payment immediately. I sent the $700 payment and received an email containing a word document. I was to sign and return it.

At the same time, I was contacted directly by my lender, and a repayment plan was agreed to. With no help, effort, or contract in place with DRFG. Now they claim that I did not follow the terms of their contract (never signed it), and that they will not refund my $700 because I didn't follow their instructions. If you need them use them, but beware once they get your money, they will keep it!
