ENational Payments
Unpaid Wages

I worked for this company for approx. 4 months i did all the IT work in and out of the office. They paid on time for the first 4 or 5 checks (twice a month), after that the started the well they didn't come today they'll be here tomorrow. After awhile they started becoming backed up on past do payments. As of today they still owe me approx. $3500. I got a letter in the mail from Il. Bankruptcy court saying the CEO has filed for chapter 13 bankrupt, So now all the monies that was owed to me i will never see, and it also sayed that if i lawyer up and try to contest this that i could face personal damage from the CEO. Which Makes no since if i'm going after eNational and not its CEO. The Company is obviously still up and running some how but if they're still doing business then they should be obligated to pay me. The contract I signed (which I still have a copy of) labels me as an employee of eNational Payment so therefore I should be paid from eNational.
