My dad, who's 85, had a Disc at Bank of America in Franklin Township, NJ. The maturity day was Wednesday - May 31 and also the whole quantity inside it was $10,200. He went there on that day to shut it out. A lady consultant informed him the cash wasn't available only yet. She advised him to return on Friday - July 2nd, which he did. Once there he was informed with a male consultant not just that the cash was nevertheless unavailable, but the whole quantity within the Disc was $1,000. He was informed to return 24 hours later - Friday, June 3rd. He did reunite on Friday, noticed the feminine consultant again and was ultimately ready to shut it out. He'll never cope with BoA again.
