My Perfect Credit ripoff fraudulent bank card debit

I noticed a bank card debit on my statement that was unfamiliar.

Upon investigation, I found that I never authorised the debit, and had never heard of this company before. I called my bank, and was given a phone number listed with the charge. I attempted to call "My Perfect Credit" and constantly got a busy signal. I attempted to pull them up on the web, and found them listed under another report on "Usa Consumer Complaints.com".

I called my bank back to block them from debiting my account again, and now have to close my account that I've had for over fifteen years, reregister all of my automatic payments to my mortgage, gas and electric, insurance, etc.

I don't know how this company got my bank card info.; my bank says the charge was debitted directly from my card. There was no phone transaction, or mail transaction. This means that someone had to charge this to my card when a legitimate purchase was made. This is scary, and made me decide to go back to writing checks for purchases. The charge was only for $9.95 but it's my money, and I want it back in my account. I plan to persue this until the end.
