Unauthorized charges

I had never heard of shopdani.com until I found a $79 charge on my debit card statement. I called my bank and they found the phone number attached to the charge and I've been calling for 2 days and left many messages with no results. No one answers the telephone except a recording which states that all representatives are busy. I don't know how anyone could have gotten my debit card number, because I never use it online. I only use it locally around town at mom and pop businesses where I know the people well. This truly baffles me. R. Kennedy
