Misdirected electronic payment

In November I had been informed that I had been overdue. I'd been producing digital pymts going back 3 1/2 years. I've created 8 efforts to correct this out. I've been requested to send my evidence of pymt from my lender — they claim they never received it. I had been advised to check and e-mail it, subsequently was informed that "my cancelled check couldn't be read". Despite my recurring efforts to solve this — including having my lender publish for them via fax a declaration along with a demand to analyze the wayward cost, I obtained another notice declaring that "my cancelled check wouldn't be read". I've requested to some boss title and quantity, however they won't react to this demand.
