Applied tax shortage payment to a late charge in dispute

Bank of America is assesing overdue demand that used to do not incurr within the quantity of $ 96.83 in the month of December. I delivered them evidence that I don't owe this quantity; however they maintain including this overdue demand on my regular statements.in March the declaration of acount confirmed the late fee again.
