Unfair Billing practices

Empire Administration may be the home administration for my community and that I wasn't conscious of when it transformed for them. Our homeowner association fees in 2010 have been planned to become compensated towards the aged home management organization. I don't reside in the home and just became conscious of the home management change after I was submitted a notice from Empire administration declaring the consideration was overdue and had 14 days to pay for before it had been delivered to selections. The day after I obtained the notice was July 23. I quickly approached Empire Administration and informed them I had a need to create the cost; they aimed me for their site where I had been redirected towards the BB&T lender site to help make the payment online. I created the cost and knowledgeable Empire Administration of the cost created and my address change.in middle-December I obtained the statement for that 2011 organization fees. I delivered a check from my Lender of America consideration that was transferred by Empire Administration and removed my consideration on 12/23 examine 485 for $60.00. This quantity included the 2011 fees entirely compensated many weeks prior to the deadline. March 2 obtained a notice from the selection workplace declaring the consideration have been switched to them-and they required a $368 cost. On a single evening I approached the selection organization and requested to get a declaration and clarification, alternatively even though I had been awaiting a merchant account record they documented a loan against my home and delivered me a brand new statement for $ 817.17. This while I had been waiting in it to explain the intended delinquency; this exercise was extremely unprofessional and unjust. I approached Empire administration to obtain a declaration to determine when my funds had published and just why they declare I'm overdue. I had been declined a declaration and was informed they'd not talk to me and that I needed to offer whit selections. Selections WOn't give a declaration and need to cost me $800 in costs to get a $70 bill that was compensated and approved by Empire Administration.
