Cashed the same check twice

How can this happen, my bank PNC bank cashed the check from my insurance company twice. And when we investigated the matter they refused to refund the charges involved. And because of this it also reflects on my personal financial report. And when i asked to speak with a supervisor i was told that they would return a call sometime in the next 2 days. Im still waiting for that call. If you think that your money is safe with this bank, think again. They can take your money without permission and when you catch them they refuse to make the situation correct! If they continue to do buisness like this i see a dim future for this organization
