Lied & Lied Again

You can believe this or not. Almost 10 years ago I had one of Southwest Service Lifes agents come to my home as I was interested in changing insurance companys. He sat at my dining room table with my wife and I & went over the policy, verbably, and it sounded ok. I elected to have the Dr. Visit pay excluded as it would raise the premium about $200.00 a month and we are in business for ouselves and going to the Dr. Is a MUST have to thing. We never used this policy until recently my wife found she has penched nerves in her neck. The person who explained the coverage of this policy with southwest servie life LIED & it was my FAULT for not sitting down and reading the policy when it came in the mail about a month later I just believed him very good liar.

We pay about $545.00 per month and have had it autopay from my bank not having to even think about insurance just knowing if anything major happens I have it covered wrong! I have as of this date spent about $18,000, on my wife, out of my pocket and southwest has paid nothing I have paid them over the years about $65,000 and if I had put this money in a insurance account I would have been better off. I am sitting here waiting for my wife to get ready as she is going to have surgery today. I have a $20,000 deposit at the hospital and will owe a ton more when she gets to come home. There really should be laws to protect people from people like soutwest service life insurance co. I am filing a complaint with the texas insurance board and BBB but it will do no good because no one cares except us. This is not over I intend to bring these people to court with or without board of insurance.
