Citi Mastercard - ripoff illegal increase in finance rate bait and switch

I have an account with Citi AAdvantage MasterCard. There are 2 rates for finaice charges on my balance. The first when it was with Visa. I was contacted in 2001 to get my concent to switch to MAstercard and would therefore receive a fixed lower rate.

The short of this is that Citicard had defrauded me. When I called they immediately lowered the rate back to where it should have been. Amazing. A 30 second conversation and voila... A drop in over 10% on my rate.

I told them that I would be reporting this on whatever websites possible in order to breing more attention to what Citicards is doing. I suspect that there are many people like me who have unknowingly been charged higher rates. I think that this could be a class action opportunity.

The actions on Citibank's part is nothing other than fraud. Plain and simple. I would greatly appreciate learning what I might due to bring this matter front and center.
