Debt 1 solutions took $2224.62 of my money to give me the advice to ignore my creditors! They called no one, sent no letters, talked to none of my creditors and settled none of my debts. When I was summons to court their continued advice was to ignore! A court summons! When I asked to terminate my contract since they did nothing and I had my wages garnished and had to file bankruptcy, they said they would return what I had in my settlement account but their fees that they took off the top totaling the $2224 were non refundable. I have been trying to get my money returned every since. The government passed a law in 2009 disallowing them to take any money before they settled debts and made good on their promises but they said it was too late for me since I signed my contract in 2007. I will continue to fight until I get my money back since they did nothing they promised in their contract. Beware of this company! It is a complete scam!
