Takes your money, makes empty promises and then lets you get sued. Ripoff

We retained the services of Credit Solutions of America to resolve a debt problem. They promised to get our creditors off our back and help us consolidate our debts. We were told to not answer the phone or communicate with the creditors. We complied with this. To date we have paid them $1400. The creditors are still calling, telling us they have never recieved any communications from Credit Solutions and I'm considering changing my home number.

Everything has built to a fever pitch. It seems that instead of things calming down with our creditors it has escalated. We frequently call Credit Solutions and they reassure us that they are doing their job and for us not to worry.

Recently we were informed that one of the creditors we put into the Credit Solutions plan is going to file a civil suit against us. We plan to recieve an official summons soon. I can assume that others are not far behind.

Because of this situation and of my rapidly declining credit solution, I am going to have to file bankruptcy.
We would like our money back, which we will use towards a good lawyer to help us with bankruptcy.
I think it is reprehensible how Credit Solutions claims to help it's customers when actually all they do is take your money and ignore you.

We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and we plan on filing reports on other websites as well as contacting Missouri's Attorney General. We want our money back. We paid for a service and it was not delivered. They have refused to refund any of the money. But now we are mad, and we want the entire $1400 back. Thank you.

Thanks Credit Solutions, for showing me that scamming people is still an art form and that you people have perfected it. Kudos for being good for nothing and pretty darn useless.
