Bank fees and Incompetent bank employees

My loved ones was with Lender of the West for more than 18-years. Many thousands and thousands of cash continues to be prepared by our balances and Lender of the West. Lately, I obtained a courtesy phone that I had a need to deposit or move cash into a merchant account. I had been there within half an hour having a deposit. Consideration boss/director chose to NSF my check which caused several issues. They apologized for error and would send me an email detailing their mistake. No notice with no reasonable explaination. Everybody was recommended when no notice, Friday morning I'll split the 18-year talent. Therefore, Friday morning I'm changing banks.
