Over Draw Fees

I have accomplished business around Lender for more than 10 years, home, auto loans and checking accounts. We created an error in determining our consideration and discovered we were over-drawn. We moved cash from another US banking account on Friday morning simply to discover it didn't clear before following Friday evening. Meanwhile we were billed extra NSF costs since the cash hadn't removed. If it had been moved straight from their lender it will not need to hold back that extended to clear. I'll not be faithful for this lender when they may handle us such as this in the end of the decades of bank together. I had been informed it wasn't their error so that they were reluctant to move on refunding their excessive costs. I'm changing my loans ASAP.
