This company handles our gift card services. They sent out a sob letter that they were running out of money and going to charge us, without discussion $195.00 to make up their short fall. If we put a stop payment on this with the bank, they would cancel or gift card program. They didn't have permission via the contract to charge us this money, they won't return phone calls. They control all of our GIFT CARD Money and we want this nonsense stopped. What a ripoff. Give them a $195.00 or lose all of our gift card records. Help!
