consumer complaints has been contacted by the owners of the company, they said those who have asked for refunds should see them no later than Monday morning or sooner. Credit to your account can takes 4 to 5 days to actually hit your account,
They again apologized for the delay. We'll see. Consumer complaints is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will. SO you know, consumer complaints has confirmed 73 refunds so far, and we know there should be many more. Consumer complaints is investigating more on this situation, and we will be posting an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address https://usacomplaints.com/view.Asp? Id=76605

Back in August I was called by "World Benefits" told that for a fee of 299.00 I would receive a guaranteed credit card, gave them my checking account # (big mistake) they took the money and never got any card only a "package".

I called at least a dozen times only to get the response, it should be their in 2-3 weeks, well upon receiving the "Package" I immediately called the 800 number and asked for a refund, because I did not give 299.00 for a "Package" (and if they go back to the "recorded conversation" they would hear the part about being promised a credit card) of something I would never use.

At that time I was told by a representative, that they would issue my refund within 10 days, this woman I spoke with was the only English speaking person I have so far encountered, and she was very sympathetic, (at least I thought she was) stated they have had alot of complaints and would be issuing refunds to dissatisfied customers.

Well, I waited and waited and finally called back again, and again, and again, only to get some non-English speaking persons who only know how to say 2 to 3 weeks. I guess maybe they figure US Suckers would just give up and say forget it. Well, you know what, I'm not gonna forget it, I work to hard for my money. Being a single mother, I could have used that 299.00 for my children.
