consumer complaints has been contacted by the owners of the company, they said those who have asked for refunds should see them no later than Monday morning or sooner. Credit to your account can takes 4 to 5 days to actually hit your account,
They again apologized for the delay. We'll see. Consumer complaints is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will. SO you know, consumer complaints has confirmed 73 refunds so far, and we know there should be many more. Consumer complaints is investigating more on this situation, and we will be posting an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address https://usacomplaints.com/view.Asp? Id=76605

I have received a phone call from Superior Benefits in December. They promised to send me an unsecured credit card with $2000 limit for a fee of $299. I was trying to start building a credit history so I agreed. I was charged $299 on my checking account. I received my packaged only by the end of January. There was no credit card in the package.

I called the company and told them I didn't want their package and that I was gonna return it. I was expecting a full refund since I returned it within 15 days of the package receipt. After spenging 3 hours on hold, someone answered my call and hung up on me when I told him I wanted my refund. This company is a rip off!!!
