consumer complaints has been contacted by the owners of the company, they said those who have asked for refunds should see them no later than Monday morning or sooner. Credit to your account can takes 4 to 5 days to actually hit your account,
They again apologized for the delay. We'll see. Consumer complaints is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will. SO you know, consumer complaints has confirmed 73 refunds so far, and we know there should be many more. Consumer complaints is investigating more on this situation, and we will be posting an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address https://usacomplaints.com/view.Asp? Id=76605

In mid November Superior Benefits contacted me by phone and stated that I was eligable for a $2000 unsecured credit card, all I had to do was give them $299. I thought this sounded okay so I deposited the money in my account and they took out the money on December 1. I was told that it would take approximatly 14 days and I would have this credit card.

14 days came and went nothing happened no cre4dit card and no correspondence with Superior. I called them and they said there was a delay ao I should get it around the 29th of December. 29th can and went and still no packet from them. Around the middle of Janurary I finally receved a packet from them but no credit card.

I called them once again and they said for security resons the credit card would be sent to me by the 1st of February. This is the 14th of February and still no credit card. Any time I call superior I get more lies from them about what is going on. I can't afford to pay $299 out and get nothing for my money in return Superior is really a ripoff so beware of the deal that sounds to good to be true.
