Foot Dragging on Attempt to Collect on Renter's Insurance

Warning: Once you file a legitimate Claim with Amica and are in an Emergency Situation, the Arizona office and California Office will put you off and Not Pay Claims for Black Mold. My entire apartment was flooded because of Faulty pipes. The stinch so bad that Claims Adjuster had to put an Army Style gas mask on to take the pictures. I have Gulf War Syndrome and cannot use most of the things in the apartment. The roof has been leaking and about to fall down since around January and was reported to Federal Faid Housing or H.U. D and they Illegally turned it over to the State.

They always side with Clark County inspectors and Fire Department and they Never find faulty Wiring, fire Hazards ect... Especially Peter Morris of Clark County Building Inspectors. They Disregarded the Agreement they mad with Fair Housing with Hampton Court apartments with Continual spraying of Pesticides and other Toxic substances both Legal and Illegal. You would think with all the evidence they would pay most of the $80,000.00 I have paid in insurance with them over a 7 year period! Gee thanks for Nothing! I also included it in Las Vegas Metro Police reports, even though they could not do anything about that!
