If there was a way to describe this apartment complex as fraud that is what it is. Ripoff

I have only been in this apartment complex for a couple months and I am completely in disgust. This apartment complex absolutely should be shut down. The management is very rude and not helpful at all and when you try to tell them that something is wrong with an appliance in your apartment, they argue with you or try to get out of it.

However, when they do come to fix something they only fix it the cheap way so it lasts for all of about a week, I have had maintenance in my apartment four times in one month for the same problem.in addition to appliances constantly breaking down, the foundations are cracked and the carpeting in some places is pulled at least two inches away from the wall on account that the wood is rotting, which unfortunately allows bug infestation.

I have bug bombed the apartment twice in two months. Also, not a single building is up to code to be able to warn its' residents of a fire. All that is in the apartment is one fire detector, that had a battery that lasted about a week. (No fire extinguisher anywhere in the building). As well as, they false advertise several things; for instance, there is no pool or tennis court in this complex, but it is advertised that there is one.

The water bill is another huge issue, they average what other renter's use that have the same size apartment and then they charge that one price for everyone with that size apartment regardless of how much water you use (illegal, but unfortunately they do not explain that before you move in they just say that you get a bill through them they do not say that you are helping pay for everyone's water. One other thing is the electrical wiring is very sketchy, I have destroyed two cell phone chargers due to bad outlets.

Ultimately, I imagine the dispute to my claim is going to be well why did you move in without looking into these apartments top to bottom, well when I was looking into getting an apartment they told me they did not have anything available to show me except for the "remodeled" model they use for their office and the hook was that they did not charge me a deposit if I got onto what is called the RPP, Rental Partnership Program, which so all military knows you should never do if you plan to get into military housing becasue you have to fulfill the lease before you can get into military housing, otherwise you will be penalized in addition to what it costs to break the lease.
