Deceptive, bait and switch, outright lies, beratment, threats, harrassing phone calls

This Company from the very start has lied or used deceptive practices to get us into the home. We were told that we could refinance after a very short time and lower our monthly payment and interest rate. That was four years ago and Twenty some thousand dollars in interest.

We have received threatening phone calls, that our home would be taken away from us that they would send a truck to haul it off.
A lady called and put the phone call on speaker phone and engaged in a shouting match with my teenage daughter and threatened to "whipp her ass" They have harrassed my wife at work and home. Although we have been late on payments we are not behind on payments. Where do these people get the gaul to talk like this to their customers. I have repeatedly asked to have the loan refinanced to avoid any possibility of foreclosure, but to no avail. It would seem like they would rather refinance and help us keep the home, than to foreclose and lose money.
