I need some serious help please!!! First of all i'll start with what is going on.

I went to oakwood mobile homes in 1998 and found a mobile home i wanted to get, so i get my hopes up that i'm going to get the one i liked, but then they sat me down and said that they would not finance that one, let me show you this one we can get you in this one.

So anyway i was vulnerable at the time and said yes let's do this.

They asked me if i had so much down and i said i had it covered. Then we signed the paperwork and the salesman comes back in and said theres been a mistake we need more down. I said i don't have anymore down than what we agreed on.

So i said i'll see what i can do. Needless to say i could'nt get the extra money so now i'm already in default and i never even lived in it.

So the salesman calls me a few days later and said i might have a proposition for you so you don't ruin your credit.

So i went and met with him and he introduced me to this lady whose husband had just passed and she had a couple of kids with her.

He explained her situation with me and he told me she had the difference in the money that i could'nt come up with would i be willing to let her make the payments and live in the mobile home so i would'nt be in default.

The salesman said that if she made her payments for 2 yrs. It would be put solely in her name giving me good credit standings.

She had only one late payment in 2 yrs. Since then she has been in default and it has ruined my credit.

Can someone please give me some advice on where to start to get this off my credit reports and if i can hold them libel for these fraudulent, dishonest, lies that they have caused me. Thank you very much
