Uncaring staff and hidden fees

I'm a in California. I applied to work with REEBROKER aka Property ELIZABETH Agent or www.REEBROKER.com

To begin with I imagined - amazing! No large percentage split to my agent, only a modest charge. I easily registered and introduced my 3 entries with me, really enthusiastic understanding I'd be producing a lot more on these closings.

Significantly to my shock there have been chargeis for anything! What truly annoyed me is the fact that they'd really withhold cash from my fee easily needed aid or concerns answered in the agent! The team was rude and naive on property legislation and compliance problems... Overall I had been amazed from the river of understanding and readiness for assistance. That's the brokers work, to support his brokers, not just to assist us but to safeguard him against lawsuits etc, why could they not be prepared and prepared to offer assistance? I'd a problem having a present escrow so when I named within the team explained that if another agent named and reported about me they cost $100 out-of my fee for that... Absurd! Virtually they do not need me to combat for my privileges, but need me to depart them alone and simply get my closings to occur.

Overall, a poor agent to work with; if you don't do not actually have to contact them via telephone and certainly will not have a problem, problem etc occur within the span of your work together. I came across another broker with greater costs along with a useful team... I'm creating this since I want I'd observed sites about that "100% Agent" previously to prevent all of the issues I've had and also the lost possibilities.
