Something's fishy here

Here is a great one. I have noticed numerous additional grievances about that Assistance Team team here, therefore some tips about what happened in my experience. I registered for Verizon high speed online sites and house phone-in December. Verizon's sales person offers me the $9.99 per month Assistance Team support and informs me its advisable to possess it for that first a few months so easily have any issues they are able to help me. Next he suggests I stop it. Appears to seem sensible and so I do it now. I offer my bank acct data to VERIZON, never contact-or am approached by any consultant of Assistance Team by any means.

Fast-forward a couple of months, I am still spending Assistance Team, somewhat forgot about this, and abruptly in May they bill me about the 22nd when I was simply charged on March 31. This annoys me greatly while you may envision, and so I search more in my own checking acct to locate this cost hasn't happened twice on a single evening of the month. One is about the 8th, one the first, one the 31st, today one three months following the last one.

So I determine okay, I am not likely to mean this, and I contact Verizon to obtain the info for Assistance Team to contact them-and stop their questionable support. To my surprise, Verizon declines all understanding of Assistance Team and statements they never offered this support to anybody! Then I obtain a supervisor who "indicates" that I Google search Assistance Team. Really? You offered this in my experience, then later discovered the corporation is not completely genuine, therefore today Verizon will refuse all understanding? Is that this how among the biggest communications businesses in the united states must act? I had beennot actually requesting Verizon to stop or return something. I simply needed a telephone number for Assistance Team plus they would not actually give me that.

If anybody available is involved with any type of appropriate action against either of those systems associated with this please contact backfromsquare1@yahoo.com. I'm extremely upset concerning the method this played-out, if there is a suit I would like to participate it.
