Literally!!!
They have gaven me the long runs for a while and i am filling a bbb complaint and hightly adcise you to do the same...
They have told me for a while "your check is in the mail, your check is in the mail" not true, i have waited, called them and finally they said "we have not received your claim, and now is past 12 months whichs means we can not longer process your claim" yeah!!!
File a claim with the bbb, take action!
