I actually donot understand what the offer is by using Santander. We experienced a bankruptcy and Santander let's choose any vehicle we desired. Curiosity was low when compared with different banks. We'd an issue using the first cost (offered incorrect data in error) and also the payment was refused. We dropped 3 times behind before we understood what happened. We first got it determined and Santander was EXEMPLARY! These were excellent within the telephone as well as waived the $10.95 Control charge. It has been 6 months today and also have yet to possess any issues with them. Everytime we contact them having a problem they're curtious and certainly will attempt to answer your concerns. Our last car loan was with M&T having a 720 credit rating and we'd more issues with them than we've with Santander.
