I also created the error to contact an order set for a Cook Container (really it include stated two for $14.99). I requested same and was requested basically desired to update to at "Durable" container for $4.99 and so I did decided to this. They began going thru numerous sales pitches to market other activities and when the purchase message finished you can strike a to express you did not need same after which right directly into another purchase pitch. After 7 I eventually hung-up... Never rec'd any verification from their store, but three months later I obtained TWO PURCHASES (two each purchase). AND, they charged me $19.98 for every purchase as well as the $4.99 for that "update". After I named "Client No Support" the woman mentioned I'd purchase two purchases plus they do not promote the $14.99. She stated I really could deliver the identical purchase back and they'll return within 7-10 business days.
