Very poor service

Our first-order was 3 months prior to Christmas last year. It had been assured before Christmas, to get a present. It never came. I kept receiving updates of cargo throughout the next 3 months, but again, it never arrived. Lastly four weeks later, I terminated the purchase. No apology, no courtesy. Nothing was conveyed.in Christmas I stupidly put another purchase. It also was assured to become shipped before Christmas. First got it thirty days late. I reported, required info, and approached the organization constantly Never an apology. Never a look. They do not care. Do not conduct business together. They've never answered to some single criticism.
