Life after Modification - Chase Home Lending

Recently I received a Loan Modification from chase during the month of January. My first payment with Chase was in March everything was going great. Then Chase found out that there were several loans that were miscalculed so when I forward my July and August payment all of a sudden my account was classified as having missapprobriation of funds (Misclassified) My account presently is an intire mess. Currently I owe $35K impossible I'v been paying this account every month. I believe that Chase has gotten to big for the little people. It has banks in every country you could think of. There is no one computer system in chase. I've been left on hold at times for more than 15 minutes. I feel that the same way Chase send out delinguentcy letter to its present custmers that they shoud send via mail responses letting the consumer know that an error on Chases behalf has been made and we have fixed the problem. Its unfortunately that when you become so big the homeowner does not realy count. Its been 3 months i want my problem to be fixed i don't have money just to through out the window. Just credit my mortgage account and fix the problem i do not owe 35k. Chase needs to understand that if the system has mad an error just fix it today not 3 months from now. I worked for 15 years in banking in the past let me just say I have never experienced what I have experienced with CHASE. Just help me I have all of my statements to verify my payments. Just help me. Thats all i want from chase. Customer service and adiquate processing of request should be your first priority.
