Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing withdrawal from personal account

I received a phone call at home offering me a credit card to regain my credit status with a one time processing fee of $149.00 from my bank account. I asked them who they were and a number they could be contacted at.

I asked them if I could cancel the one time fee after looking over the paperwork. They said I could call and cancel at any time. I have been trying to call and cancel before the processing date of payment, because I had not recieved the paperwork.

I have been unable to contact these people and my bank in refusing to return my money into my account. These people need to stop.
