Us Bankcorp - Norvergence
Ripoff matrix lease that cannot provide use or service

Shops, Products, Services

On June 30, an involuntary chapter 11 was filed against Norvergence, Inc. That was converted to chapter 7 on July 14. To date, we have been unable to transition to a new provider that can utilize the matrix system leased to us by US Bancorp. As a small business, we cannot afford to be without a telephone system and this matrix system is useless to us without a service provider. We believe US Bankcorp is negligent in not disclosing that the matrix system was not universal prior to executing the lease agreement. We demand that US Bankcorp should accept the return of the equipment based on the absence of Norvergence service. Desired settlement: US Bankcorp to take the matrix system back without further compensation.
