I'm an agent. I outlined a house about three years ago. When it had been first-listed it had been not really a short-sale. After WAMU HELD funds and place the house into foreclosure, it turned a brief selling. Thats an entire different tale of its. After 2 agreements and annually of tring to cope with Pursuit to market it, and, not able to becasue of insufficient understanding on the website component, understand return telephone calls, no idea whois managing the document, expierd paper-work because of there mis happs, stating they did not obtain the paper-work (I've all faxes recipts) and 13 negotatiors later. I named pursuit Jan informed them I had been not able to market the house, why I had been not able to so. Simply because they could not do the job. Also to go back. I subsequently got it off the marketplace and also the vendors shifted out. Closing down all utlites. Pursuit called me in July and requested that I place it back available on the market they desired to have an offer from the end of summer. I told them okay, but there is water within the cellar, cut flooding and form, the only path I'd do-it was when they works with me. I had been guaranteed home prev. Would go and manage the home. NEVER HAPPENED!!! (today Illinois climate pipes are certain to be frozen.) Got a onto it, money present, was refused. I talked with Pursuit and that I was informed they'd consider 231,750. Got another present for that $ quantity. They refused it stated it had beennot enough, I was informed the ladies who offered me that number was incorrect. Is not this the same lender using the same figures??? Along with the BPO was A - 210,000... They do not understand there right-hand from there remaining there. This really is only a little briefing of what's happening. I will have been informed I'd be pd to get a action in liu, Ya understand what I've so much into this I'd like a pay-check. I can not promote the house so we did that January 9th is when all paper-work went around. I contact once per week and that I HAVEN'T gotten a call-back. I've so much evidence with this document I'll go towards the IDFPR when this really is stated and completed. I've had it.
