Bad service

I've been acquiring everyday telephone calls from Capital One, regarding a family member. They'll not inform me exactly what the problem is, they simply request this individual. Newer calls haven't actually requested for that general, I-say hi a couple of occasions, they hang-up. Capital One is asking might work mobile phone! The general doesn't reside with me, and that I don't have any company within this individualis existence. After I named to protest, I stated these calls might be considered harassment... The supervisor I spoke to within the Philipinnes stated it had been more unethical!!
