Not getting my airtime, but money deducted

I purchased airtime via cellphone bank, it didnt undergo however the quantity was TAKEN from my consideration, which was thr R25.00 cell-d, i purchased two of these after which afterwards, i purchased the R30.00 MTN airtime but still it didnt undergo and again cash was DEDUCTED. I am therefore fusrated and incredibly quite furious @ the same time frame since these two quantities constitute R85.00 and its own a great deal of money. This was the guide quantity I had been provided REF: 14715664. It doesnt seem like something has been completed about this. I need that money-back in my own account or i Need the airtime and next continues to be done. I never wanna use cellphone banking and im considering changing from standard bank to any lender!!!
