Purchased a LG420 mobile phone to displace one I dropped. There have been issues with the phone and so I delivered it and purchased another manufacturer telephone. New-store plan is they do not do telephone activations anymore however in the return procedure they deactivate the telephone your returning. Using this method, you-can't move your telephone number or even more importantly, your airtime units! I dropped 90 minutes of airtime with this specific trade trade since, during service of my new telephone, they'd no present recod of my phone # or airtime units.
