Horrible Experience

Don't utilize this organization. We changed for this organization after many years with pitney bowes. We'd A30 day test before our 1 year agreement started. For the reason that thirty days I had been never ready to complete one postage stamp. Two devices with deadly mistakes, you've to deliver the machine back and delay 2 wks to move the shipping add up to another device. We attempted to increase our test and after numerous telephone calls each day to get a week could not get one to contact us back. We chose to deliver the equipment back plus they are allowing us, nevertheless the shipping to come back it's on us. The corporation WON'T return calls or answer questions. They've aged old gear that does not work. Steer clear!
