Failure to perform Loan Modification

June on vacation at my sons house I got a call from my tenant telling me that they have to move out. That I dont own the property any more. I called Randy Baker and He said His secretary did not file the paper to stop the foreclosure sale. And tht they would try to stop the sale. I freaked I asked about the house I live in and they said everything is still going on that house.in sept Some one came to my house to change door knobs and said you need to move out, So we did and before that we called randy and same thing proper papers were not filed. We then asked for our money back and he said we deserve a refund but does not have that kind of cash, At that point his secretay Jamie said that we to come up with 1295.00 more to save the last house, I argued because I had paid them 7500.00 to modificate 3 mortgages actually 4 they were throwing that one in, 1 of the mortgages was A second on our primary home. Finally they turned our 3 home over to a lawyer named solomon Which he wanted me to lie and say we lived in this 3rd home which we moved to washington state so I did not want to lie. They told us we could modify rental properties and then at the end they said they cant do rental properties. This law firm called us because we listed our rental on craigs list to sell, They convinced us they could get them modified, We werenot delinquient at that time on our properties, We just would sell thing to make the payments, Please help stop bad lawyers from hurting hard working families.
