Stalling on foreclosure

Our home has been around foreclosure for just two decades today and that I simply want to buy to be achieved currently, lender of america keeps giving me documents stating it's likely to market, however it never does, I shifted out 8 weeks before, and am being prosecuted from the HOA for not paying fees and a myriad of other activities, and of course the two decades recently payments that continue my credit. I want they'd obtain garbage together and consider the home currently. I attempted a change, a brief selling, and numerous other activities to maintain the house which did not function, today I simply do not get why they're getting such a long time to consider the home, I'm fed up with questioning and waiting, I really could be repairing my credit currently.
