Problems with this company: regular additions of undisclosed fees to our account; refusing to send a written statement explaining the fees; insults on the phone; demands not to talk on the phone when asking about the fees; hanging up on me when I ask for a written statement of his explanation of the extra fees; sending me written offers of payment extensions and then refusing to honor the offer; continuous harassment on the phone; and not crediting our account with the entire amount sent by Western Union (we have receipts to prove this).
