Mortgage Transferred in 2002 With Undisclosed Fees Added

I unfortunately had my mortgage transferred to Midland Mortgage Co. in 2002 when I owed $66,469.88.

I had to reconfigure my mortgage and was not told about undisclosed fees. In December I was on the verge of losing my home. Fortunately, I found a local lender to refinance through.

Unfortunately, I then owed almost $80,000.00 on my home. I do not understand how 5 years later I could have owed $15,00.00 more.

They were slow in processing payments.
