Your mortgage turned late, my partner named when he obtained the notice & created arrangements to pay for that which was due instantly so when we receieved the following weeks statement for cost, exactly the same costis we'd formerly compensated were back with this declaration. There is also a rest down of the way the cost was utilized in this declaration that confirmed the monthly obligations published & one more charge for the things they contact pre forclosure function... Bullsh*t! This extra charge because they explained was transported to the following cost which wasnot actually due however which Ocwen required it upon themselves to achieve that without calling people to accept it. I told them that wasn't right for them to complete once the cost was not actually due however & the cash was ment to pay for the rediculous costs they charged about the prior declaration. These same costs will also be on the benefit they recently delivered me once we are available the home to some customer soon. Costs, fees, fees... With no one talks english & whenever you request a boss or supervisor to keep in touch with, they let you know that individual must contact you back at another period, consider your telephone number & possibly toss it within the trash-can alongside them. Terrible company training, we're completing a using the Florida Attorney General & An Attorney... Possibly numerous lawyers! I am tired of this.
