Overcharge for payoff request

I've not had the opportunity to obtain thru to these folks since our mortgage loan was purchased by them. It is;abandon a note and that I'll contact you back... Bullshit!!! I do want to keep in touch with a live individual... We've refinanced our mortgage and OCWEN has billed us $1,050.00 TO GET A BENEFIT DEMAND... Another y'in bullshit... They state lawyer costs are participating... Bull... I've never been billed significantly more than $50 to get a benefit request... No lawyer is actually involved in a benefit request... I've phone the national trade commission on this plus they are going to watch for a routine... So please everyone that has financing with ocwen please call the ftc and file a problem the # is 877-382-4357. And so they charged us $39 for what they contact ocwen fulfillment charge wtf???
