Fake costs/Fraud

Our Mortgage was offered by pursuit on April to Ocwen. Ocwen ultimately delivered a mortgage declaration declaring that people hadn't paid plus they are trying to state we're behind in funds for them to us. The mortgage was not actually owned by them and all funds were present then and with Pursuit with Ocwen. * I've my bank statements displaying as we obtained a mortgage cost statement that involved a "misc" charge of around $2100. After numerous telephone calls towards the Indian customer support department (exactly what a laugh) these were unable to inform me what that charge was for. All this has switched to our attorney and Ocwen was designed to deliver reveal payment record demonstrating exactly what the charge was for. Obtained that "detailed" record today. It says the " fee" is outlined as " Charge/Additional" of what it is for without any clarification. Actual useful. Significantly may consider requesting/pressing my attorney to document scam costs! The corporation must be held responsible for methods and these deceptive claims. Is there-no error on these?
