Iburst taking money out of my bank account

I've had a headache of the month with Iburst - they didn't charge my banking account for that weeks March, December and Jan - the main reason you accept money purchases is for that comfort and that I didn't choose this up to I examined my Goal I broke declaration and realized that I had been in debts together. I approached them to query this regarding need to spend a lumpsum of R956 that will be not allocated for is very annoying - they guaranteed to obtain back again to me within 72 hours. I'm still awaiting a telephone call from their website. I've approached Iburst atleast five times within the last four weeks and also the only moment I noticed back was once they named to inform me these were suspending my support for non-payment! Then ultimately they debited my bank account - without calling me to apologise or even to make certain I'd enough profit my banking account. I simply ignore it and believed it had been resolved, then they stopped my support anyhow! After I'd it reconnected they debited my consideration AGAIN - placing me into facility! I'm still attempting to form this out together - they maintain encouraging me feedback within 72 hours and that I am still waiting! Their client services division is UESLESS - THINK HARD before joining Iburst.
