Not receiving all my email and cannot log onto Iburst Webmail

Not getting all my mail and can't record onto Iburst Webmail, called tech supp got Nontobekho (got her ten occasions in two times)... Oh dear! She informs me that there's nothing wrong with my mail, I humoured her for and time detailing in monosyllables that I've on average 40 mails each day and also have five persons contacting quickly seeking reactions for their emails. Works out the problem is prevalent - Durban phone penny documented 'somewhat large calls sort Joburg for that same issue'. Ultimately she explained to Call a Geek (may you think it?) After I phoned them, they CAn't access their Iburst Webmail possibly - these were really disparaging about Iburst also, 'so what can we do?' claims the person in the Edenvale department. Therefore I stay without mail. Exasperated comprehending that I can't alter the e-mail address because it is also broadly spread... But I might need to. I've had payment issues from Joburg Metro, and I would like to tell-all who'll study this that Joburg Metro Phone Penny is somewhat more easy to use than Iburst, Joburg Tech-Support! This isn't the very first time with Iburst, but to any extent further, I'll record my grievances below after I've been patronised by Iburst.
