DirectTV
Stole money from my account

TV & Radio

Summary: DirectTV wishes me to cover 3 months of support that used to do not employ, at an address I don't reside at, once they re activated support without my agreement. Even while, my DirectTV devices were in storage and totally abandoned.

Summary: In late September I approached DirectTV to stop service. We were promoting our house and likely to Singapore for all weeks. The client support representative mentioned that I really could hold the consideration, maintain the devices, subsequently reactivate the account as we delivered and had a brand new house. There is no reference to a maximum period of time the consideration might stay suspended. And, I managed to get obvious towards the repetition at that time that people weren't time for that handle.

In early November I obtained an e bill to my banking account from DirectTV to get a month's support. I approached them through e-mail and described the service shouldn't have now been reactivated, we weren't for the reason that house anymore and they must simply stop the support. We were however offshore, and that's why I applied mail. I noticed no reaction, and - mistakenly - thought the problem was solved.

I noticed nothing more from DirectTV until February. I obtained a contact saying that my consideration was disconnected because of non payment. I replied saying that I ought to not need a merchant account when I had required it to become disconnected. There is no reaction.

In March $734.08 was instantly taken from my banking account. I actually donot learn about you, but I can not manage that type of reduction at this time. I am right down to significantly less than $200, that will be designed to last me many weeks until my next final? (I am an agent within the toughest marketplace within the country. Blessed me)

I approached DirectTV on March 6. After one hour 5 about the telephone, with three diverse customer support representatives, I had been informed "So sorry, cannot allow you to". They mentioned they might deliver a recipient return package to ensure that I really could return the devices and become repaid $400 after they acquired them. But, because my consideration was "more than 60 days late" they mightnot help me and that I would need to create towards the "Payment Question" Division.incidentally, the Payment Argument Division doesn't have telephone number with no fax number. I had been informed they might responde within thirty days in regards to what activity these were likely to consider. Could you think that?

Therefore, on March 11 I obtained the recipient return package. It had been designed to have a return postage paid slide. It did not. I'd to contact again, and was informed that it'd be hereby Friday. Perhaps. Then I requested to talk to a boss to again attempt to atleast get my $334.08 back while awaiting the $400 for that return of the devices.

The boss, who read a software the whole period, offered me exactly the same tune and party about publishing towards the unknown Payment Differences Division to beg my situation. Just-out of curiousity, the way the heck am I designed to understand when they obtain my notice? And just how am I designed to check up on the standing of my criticism?

Excellent program - for them. Meanwhile, I've to inform the children they are eating Ramen noodles and peanut butter for 2 months, while I try to look for another work having a regular salary. Cheers DirectTV! And also to genuinely believe that I'd truly loved your support and had suggested it to everybody I understood. Exactly what a schmuck I'm.
