Ripped off $300 from my account!

Well, somebody stole almost $3000 from my account, through false VisaBuxx transfers. I filed a report at the branch, and within a month they replaced all but $300. I went back in, filed another report, called customer service many times, was promised a call back from the investigation dept. (which I never got), and just today received a notice that they wouldn't investigate the $300 because I sent in the form late. I sent in the second form after 60 days, but the first form, that the $300 was originally reported on, was sent on time!!!

Also, the investigation dept is buried somewhere where customers simply can't talk to them, and the customer service is really useless when it comes to helping out on these things. I went into the branch to speak with the manager, and called her up later, and she told me that the $302.50 was already replaced (I was asking about the $300, the 302.50 was a different withdrawal). I basically was barraged by incompetent or useless people! The manager did reverse a couple of service charges though. As soon as I get my $300 back I am getting my money as far away from WaMu as possible!!!
