Jill Beard is the black widow of all scam artists. JIll came to me on october 30, crying and asking for money so they will not lose their home and stable business. Wow. Being a professional in health care, i was sympathetic and wanted to help this poor woman.

After some discussion i decided to talk to my husband, since this was supposed to be only a 30 day loan, i could draw from my savings. She promised to pay me any amount of money it cost me draw the money out. She needed $19,000. I didn't have that much but i was willing to draw out enough to loan her $8000 for the 30 days. This meant IRS would get $1800 off the top.

Well now it is one year and 3 months later and she is gone and i do not have any contact info from her. I repeatedly tried to get the money before the owners of the property evicted them. Many excuses, letters and notes later, still nothing. I have a promissory note, over 30 saved voice mails and numerous notes and letters from her promising the money is coming from her parents estate.

We, the boarders (her clients) did not get our security deposits she required when signing the boarding agreement.By the way, this is a horse boarding facility.

The month of august, one of the boarders committed suicide. Just the day before she told me that she needed her security deposit badly and every time she asked for it Jill was nasty to her. 10 days later we had another suicide which was also related to the facility. I have so much more, but for more info one can go on internet to get the gorry details of this woman.

She must not get away with this. I need my money. I did contact an Attorney (for guidance) and the Attorney General's office. I know that she has been writing checks that bounced to landscapers, pool cleaners, feed stores, shavings people and on and on. Isn't writing bad checks a crime? I am absolutely convinced that she never did plan to pay me back the $8000 plus interest and fees. I know more people who loaned her more and are still waiting to be repaid.
