Dead Beat - Scam Artist - Preys on Peoples Sense of Honesty - Exhibits Sociopathic Tendencies

I am posting this due to the utter frustration we have experienced in trying to get Ms Jill beard to make good on a bad check she wrote. This is in regard to house cleaning services performed for Jill Beard residing at: 12440 N 100th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85260-5102 on Thursday, May 20th at 9:00 am. She was supposed to look into the matter of "why her check bounced" and get back with us (even though we attempted to get a credit card to bill and she artfully dodged that issue)... She owes us $165.00 for that cleaning. The State of Arizona says we have a right to charge a reasonable fee on a returned check. So, in addition to the $165.00, she also owes us $25.00 for the returned check fee bringing the total to $190.00 ($195.00 if paying by credit card)... I did some research and found out she pocketed a $100,00.00 Farmers Insurance contract awarded to her, then, Utah company, Contact management, without performing services. She was convicted of 2 felonies and a misdemeanor AND ultimately stealing $300,000.00 from the Drockton's and Contact Management... She, at the time, was also delinquent for non-payment with the Arizona Corporation Commission because of bad 2 checks totaling $190.00... We wish she would just pay what she owes us. Why she operates like she does is beyond us BUT, we are the wrong people to rip off as is evident by this posting. I warned her to make good on her debt to us and she has just totally ignored us.
